  • Who we are? How am I protected? Is this an internet fraud?

We are owners of two properties located in Venice, Italy and we rent these flats, on-line, privately and directly to worldwide Customers. Our address, phone numbers, bank account, exact location of the properties, website registered under our name, etc., are easily verifiable. The direct contact between owner and customer allow us to minimize expenses and offer affordable rates of our selected and well positioned accommodations. Many Clients have used  our services in the past, mostly with full satisfaction.

  • Are the prices per person or per Apartment?

In general the price is per person, per night, and for Regina Elena the price per  person is reduced according the age of the children.

  •  Is it possible to to know your terms and conditions before to perform my booking?

Yes, terms of use are published on our website and links to the dedicated page is in several pages of the site.

  • How can I make a reservation?

Checking availability and booking are immediate on-line as our calendar is updated frequently. After you have selected the flat more comfortable to your requirements and price, please ask the availability through the online form and in affirmative case confirm it by our online Reserve Form.  After the Booking Deposit payment you will receive a Confirmation Invoice reporting dates of your stay, name of apartment and confirmed rate. The arrival directions are sent soon after under separated e-mail.

  • Am I sent a voucher? [Top]

Yes, the Confirmation Invoice is a voucher itself as it is reporting all data agreement and the deposit cashed.

  • Do I have to sign a Renting Contract? [Top]

    Yes, a Standard Renting Contract between you and the Owner will be signed by both parts, at the time of your arrival, to protect our Clients and for clearness. Copy of of this contract is published on the website.

     

  • How do I collect the keys and will someone be there to greet me? [Top]

Yes. Together with your voucher we are sending you the arrival instructions sheet, containing advices as to reach the Apartment from the Airport, from the Railway Station or from the Car Terminal, the check-in time and how to meet us. A 24/7 service can perform your check-in in the event you arrive after business hours. It is essential that you to send us all your arrival details, using  our email so we can prepare your arrival. This is the only way to guarantee a good service and avoiding spoil of time.

  • Can I speak directly to you about my booking? [Top]

Yes, this is possible but it is not the way we prefer to act. To protect our Customer and for the clearness in dealing about what we offer, we ask to exchange all relevant correspondence by e-mail or by telefax. This is to avoid misunderstandings of dates or other details. We are however at your complete disposal on the telephone, for any question you might have on the properties.

  • Can I change my reservation? Can I cancel it? [Top]

We will endeavour to facilitate a change on your behalf. If there is availability at the property we will be delighted to change your dates or accommodation. However, there will be a Euro 50.-  charge for each alteration made to the reservation. You may also cancel your reservation. There is a Euro 75.- cancellation fee.

  • Are there any hidden charges?  [Top]

We only charges you for the Rental Fare. Our fares are all-inclusive  apart from a change of reservation or a cancellation fee (see Terms and Conditions). 

  • How are the method of payment for the booking deposit? [Top]

Unless otherwise indicated, the initial deposit will be charged to you in Euro currency. Payment may be made either by credit or debit card online using the Paypal service or by Bank remittance.

  • Is the balance due on arrival  payable by cheque or by credit/debit card? [Top]

As per our booking confirmation, in order to avoid you unnecessary expenses the balance is usually settled by cash.

  • May I make special requests? [Top]

Certainly, we will make every effort to ensure that you have all you need in the apartment. We can assist you and  arrange mobtel, cots, foods, etc. Please don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist.
