  • Who is? How am I protected? Is this an internet fraud?

We are an Internet based travel service established to develop on-line direct accommodation rentings of private properties located on some main European Cities. This dedicated service generate the possibility to offer the user of affordable rates related to the quality of the  service provided. Many Clients have used in the past our services and testimonials are stated on our guestbook, posted on this web site.
Authors contact addresses are available there, to allow you an easy contact to each one, to submit them your questions.

Further, a forum, managed by Clients, is available on these pages where you can post too. 

  • How is the quality of the flats you are proposing me?

We  propose only the best, according to the price range of your choice.  We are owners and managers of some of  the apartments we represent and the others we have selected  according the caracteristics and the quality together with a fair market price. All flats are clearly listed on our websites, no hidden details and no hidden expenses.

  • How can I make a reservation?

After you have selected the flat more comfortable to your requirements and price, please ask the availability through the online form, detailing as  much as possible your needs. Once we received your enquire, we will confirm you the availability of your preferred flat or in case it is already booked, you will be informed of other similar flats availability. Should  you interested to book, please confirm it by our online Reserve Form.  To proceed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation reporting dates of your stay, name of apartment and confirmed rate. Then you will be required to make a deposit by bank remittance or cheque. When we have this, you will be confirmed of all your arrangements and the money cashed.

  • Am I sent a voucher? [Top]

Yes, a voucher will be sent by e-mail reporting all data agreement and the deposit cashed. Copy of this voucher will be sent by mail as a  letter of confirmation from the Euroflats.

  • How do I collect the keys and will someone be there to greet me? [Top]

Not for all destinations and properties the check-in is carried out in the same manner. Together with your voucher we are sending the arrival instructions sheet, containing advices as to reach the flat from the Airport or the Railway Station or by car, the check-in time and how to meet owners. Most buildings have 24-hour security that can check you in when you arrive after business hours. At some properties there is a staff who will greet you or leave keys for you. It is vitally important for you to send us all your arrival details, using  our online form so we can instruct the staff. This is the only way to guarantee that arrangements will be made on your behalf.

  • Can I speak directly to you about my booking? [Top]

This is possible but it is not the way we prefer to act. To protect our Customer and perseguendo the clearness in dealing of what we offer, we ask to exchange all relevant correspondence by e-mail or by telefax. This to avoid misunderstandings of dates and other details. We are however at your full disposal on the phone, for any question you might have on the properties.

  • Can I change my reservation? Can I cancel it? [Top]

We will endeavor to facilitate a change on your behalf. If there is availability at the property we will be delighted to change your dates or accommodation. However, there will be a Euro 50  charge for each alteration made to the reservation. You may also cancel your reservation. There is a Euro 75 cancellation fee. Please read Terms and Conditions—deposit return policies are different at each property and are reported on our booking confirmation.

  • Are there any hidden charges?  [Top]

We only charges you for the Rental Fare. Our fares are all-inclusive  apart from a change of reservation or a cancellation fee (see Terms and Conditions). 

  • How are the method of payment for the booking deposit? [Top]

Unless otherwise indicated, the initial deposit to  us will be charged to you in Euro currency. Payment may be made either by cashier cheque or by Bank remittance. We apologize but for the moment we are not in position to accept any credit card payment.

  • Is the balance due on arrival  charged in US currency or in Euro? [Top]

Not for all destinations and properties the payment is carried out in the same manner. This will be confirmed you in our booking confirmation e-mail, prior to send your booking deposit. The balance is usually settled by cash, cashier cheque in Euro or charged on your card as being payable in the currency of the country which you are visiting.

  • May I make special requests? [Top]

Certainly, we will make every effort to ensure that you have all you need in the apartment. We can assist you and  arrange mobtel, cots, air conditioning units, etc. Please don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist.
